The Punisher 6616 Posted March 24 This is a pre-war Citroën prototype known as TPV (Tres Petite Voiture). There were at least 20 of them built. They differed a lot from the later 2CVs. Some had water cooling and seats suspended from the roof. At the outbreak of WWII Citroën, a Jew, hid them all in lofts, barns, et cetera throughout France so all his development work would not benefit the Germans. The locations were forgotten so the prototypes continue to surface occasionally, untouched since the 1930s.
